Kinderpedia helps the staff of schools and kindergartens save 6 to 9 hours a week of their administrative time and to focus their efforts on the teaching act. It offers complete class management functionalities - daily schedule, attendance, grade book, homework module, remote video teaching, documents storing and distribution - which make it the optimal solution for schools. It improves parent engagement in education through a secure and easy-to-use interface. It offers managers a complete perspective on all activities and communication in school or kindergarten.
Built to aid education institutions across the world, Kinderpedia is securely hosted in cloud, on Amazon Web Services, it is multi-language and multi-currency and it works as a native mobile app on Android and iOS for both teachers and families. 2,000 schools and kindergartens are registered on Kinderpedia today, from Romania, as well as from Switzerland, Peru, Jordan, UAE. The prestigious education franchise Maple Bear Global Schools chose Kinderpedia as unique operating system in all units in their network.

Daniel Rogoz

Co-founder of Kinderpedia, CEO

Daniel is the CEO of Kinderpedia, the main engine of the innovative solution that aims to transform education with the help of technology, by simplifying the administrative processes and placing parent-teacher collaboration right at the core of the learning act. He and his team launched Kinderpedia in 2015 and, ever since, they enhance the way teachers and families communicate and collaborate, one school at a time. He is an engineer & tech savvy entrepreneur, who has previously built a strong business based on innovation, creativity and relentless client service.

Evelina Necula

Co-founder of Kinderpedia, CMO

Evelina is an education entrepreneur, communication specialist and mother of a preschooler. She is the co-founder of Kinderpedia, the communication and management solution for education used in over 2,000 schools in Europe and worldwide. For the past 8 years, she has been involved in research, pilot projects and communication campaigns dedicated to the impact of technology in education. Graduate of the Open University Business School, Evelina has more than 17 years of experience in marketing and communication in the education, corporate and retail fields.

Valentin Ilea

Co-founder of Kinderpedia, CTO

Valentin is a Zend Certified, SaaS Software Engineering Manager with over 18 years experience in building large-scale, market validated products. He possesses a mastery of highly technical skills, as well as the strategic ability to anticipate the product architecture and design impressive features for UX excellence. His dream is to bring meaning to technology, in a way that shapes people’s lives and helps society move forward.

The company won the 1st place in InnovX Accelerator, a special prize from Microsoft and the 2nd place in the startup competition at Wolves Summit. European Commission gave Kinderpedia the Seal of Excellence on SME Instrument, Phase II. Kinderpedia team also won the first prize at the Innovators for Children accelerator and of the third prize at the Startarium competition. Business Review Magazine granted Kinderpedia the Innovator of the Year award at the Business Review Awards Gala, in March 2020. In 2021, we have been shortlisted for Innovator of the Year and Most Adaptive Business Model, at the same event. Business Magazin presented Kinderpedia among the most innovative companies in Romania, in the edition dedicated to innovation, for two consecutive years, 2019 and 2020.
