Kinderpedia #BackToSchool Workshop for Schools

Start the new academic year more easily. And discover what’s new in Kinderpedia.

The beginning of the academic year brings classes, subjects, timetables and users to configure. But this year, some of these tasks can be completed more easily.

You can now import a timetable created in aSc TimeTables directly into Kinderpedia, without rebuilding it manually, and then filter and print it for each class.

During the Kinderpedia Workshop for Schools, Henry Haddad will demonstrate these new features live and revisit the essential tools that help you prepare both the platform and your team for the new academic year.

The first weeks of the academic year can quickly become busy

The administrative team needs to configure the institution, teachers need to become familiar with their classes and subjects, and student and family information must be updated.

At the same time, the school needs to make sure that:

• The timetable is configured correctly
• Teachers have access to the right classes and subjects
• The electronic gradebook can be used without difficulties
• Grades and attendance are recorded correctly
• Messages reach students and parents quickly
• Reports can be generated whenever they are needed
