From their own, limited, school administration system, to a global, cloud based solution for communication and school management
Cambridge School of Contanța was using their own school management software for communication, gradebook and reports. But this platform was outdated and it failed to incorporate all the instruments a modern school needs for communication, management and financial operations.
“Even though we had some centralization through Google Classroom, each teacher and each class used the tools in an unstructured way and I felt the need for unity. Then we decided to implement Kinderpedia.”
Making the switch in just a few days
The onboarding process took less than a week and Kinderpedia’s customer support team worked hand in hand with the school’s administrative team to ensure a smooth transition.
”We implemented Kinderpedia very quickly, on the verge of the pandemics, given the overnight suspension of classes and the need to adapt immediately.” says the manager.
